Boho Chic | Valentines Day Look

Okay, so I don’t celebrate Valentines and no it’s not because I’m single. However I had this idea which I now recently saw that Ifeoma Amadi of  WhoWhatFab did something quite similar… before you freak out it was a total coincidence and the looks are so not alike just the idea behind the look.. I’m blabbing right now so here goes.

The idea was to shoot a Valentines look that wasn’t red and even more awesome is that black can also be Valentine’s Day appropriate.

On to my look, I always wanted to own and style a dropwaist dress just because it is the epitome of boho minimalism, so I decided to make myself one. This is supposed to be a look book so yeah I’ll stop talking now

Sewing  this dress was so easy and I was done in about an hour. I think I would be making more outfits for the blog.

I’m also so excited that this is the first post ever with my natural hair. Okay back to pictures and this is because there are so many amazing pictures and this is thanks to my  cousin Ruby.

Just because there can’t be a post without a picture of me laughing

So that’s it… black and nude for v-day awesomeness. Let me know what you think about a non red v-day outfit.
