Live on Instagram, I tested out the Makeup Revolution Reloaded Iconic Vitality palette. Here’s a short post on my thoughts about the palette.
The Iconic Vitality palette is one of the four palettes in the recently released Reloaded palettes from Makeup Revolution. It has been said to be a dupe for the Anastasia Beverely Hills Modern Renaissance palette. Below is an image by beauty blogger Tink Beauty Diaries. She de-potted her ABH palette to compare the shades with the MUR palette and the shades are exact dupes.
I never owned the ABH palette however MUR eyeshadows are really good quality. So I have used a lot of the matte shades and they are of really good quality. They are incredibly pigmented and surprisingly no fallout on my face.
The shimmer shades though in the Iconic Vitality palette need a lot of work to make them pop. They sort of have the finish of foils rather than shimmers. Spraying with fixing spray is necessary to help make them pop.
Mauve Eyes with Iconic Vitality.
I went for a very mauve toned eyeshadow look below is a picture
- In my crease I used the first shade on the last row.
- To deepen my crease I used the second shade on the second row.
- On my lids I used the last shade on the first row.
To finish up the look I used the Dragons Heart highlighter in my inner corner and the Classic. Makeup metallic liquid lips.
There it is my review and testing of the Makeup Revolution Iconic Vitality palette. Have you tried it out? Let me know what you think of the palette.
